LITTLE ZAKS – HOMEBUSH MERITON APARTMENTS

Design and Construction of Little Zaks Homebush Meriton Apartments.

CRS Pty Ltd has completed several fitouts for Little Zaks Academy over recent years, including this  tri-level playspace.

We were awarded this project based on competitive pricing and our successful relationship with this client over previous works.

CRS P/L worked closely with Meriton & Little Zaks Property Management team to create an initial Design Brief and an associated budget. During the construction phase, our experienced project management and design team worked closely with the client to ensure that this project was delivered on time, within budget and most importantly, to the clients highest expectations.

This scope of this project was to create the entire 3 level play space to cater for the specific needs of children from years 1 – 5.

This project was managed from inception through to  Certification / Handover and on through to follow up and service.
