Wood Road Reserve in Narre Warren has undergone a significant transformation, thanks to the collaborative efforts of CRS and the City of Casey Council. The newly revitalised reserve now features a diverse range of play equipment, ensuring inclusive, active play opportunities for the entire community and its visitors.

At the heart of the upgrade stands a striking, multi-level Tree Top themed tower, designed to reflect the reserve’s natural surroundings and native landscape. This dynamic centrepiece boasts nearly twenty interactive elements, immediately capturing attention and warmly inviting guests into the renewed space. Two thrilling tube slides twist around the tower, offering an exciting challenge for older children, while thoughtfully integrated sensory and cognitive play panels at ground level provide enriching experiences for younger users.

Complementing the Tree Tops Tower is a nature play fort, designed for those who prefer a more grounded and tactile play experience. Featuring a wide slide and rope-based activities, the fort encourages cooperative play and supports skill development in younger or less adventurous children.

To further enhance the inclusive nature of the reserve, a double bay swing set has been installed, complete with nest, strap and toddler seats. This thoughtful addition brings balance and unity to the play space, ensuring that children of all ages and abilities can engage, connect and thrive together.
