All KliX equipment is designed by experienced product designers and certified by independent structural engineers, ensuring every structure meets strict safety and structural performance requirements.
KliX products are manufactured in accordance with Australian and New Zealand Playground Standards AS 4685:2021 and AS 4685.0:2017.

During the manufacturing and quality assurance process, KliX conducts more than 300 individual safety inspections using national standardised testing gauges. These inspections include critical assessments for head, neck, finger and clothing entrapment, ensuring every component performs safely in real-world play environments.

Through rigorous engineering, precision manufacturing and detailed safety verification, KliX delivers playground equipment that communities, councils and schools can trust.

Forged by creative product designers and certified by structural engineers, KliX master fabricators use the latest nesting software & state-of-the-art machinery to bring KliX products to life and fast! KliX production management is precise and efficient, ready to install equipment in 8-12 weeks (10 weeks faster than most other play equipment providers).

All KliX products are structurally engineered, assessed and certified by independent engineering consultants, including SOTO Consulting Engineers and Jordan Mealey & Partners Engineering Consultants.

Certification covers the mechanical and structural performance of key components and materials, including posts, frames, panels, footing specifications, fasteners and fixing methods.

Designed and engineered in Australia, KliX structures are developed to meet some of the most demanding playground safety and structural standards in the world.

We prioritise durability, safety and ease of maintenance, selecting robust materials such as hot-dip galvanised steel, high-grade stainless steel and aluminium to ensure long-term performance, even in demanding outdoor environments.
