McDonald Park Play Space, Albion Park Rail

The new regional play space incorporates a variety of graded play opportunities suitable for a range of ages and abilities.
The playful farm theme has been adapted from the history of McDonald Park.
McDonald Park was named after Dick McDonald who owned and farmed the land the park is on today. Dick’s brother was Jack McDonald, Chairman of the Illawarra Cooperative Central Dairy Factory, and his father was Samuel McDonald who farmed at Bellmont, Croom.
