Project Outline

CRS was granted the task to design a simple play area that respected the existing flora yet offered enough play opportunities for the local families to enjoy.

The main attraction is a modest KliX SHADE-N-play structure, that’s designed for more fun in the sun. The play fort has 2 slides, a step climber, interactive play panels and an imagination play area at ground level. The forest green posts along with woodgrain embellishments lend to how well the structure blends into the natural backdrop. True to its name, the SHADE-N-play structure has an oversized Colorbond roof that casts a large shaded area for children to play in. Not too far away, a friendly low-level spinning carousel waits, followed by a double-bay swing set with nest seat, strap seat and toddler seat, hiding under a beautiful tree canopy.
