10 Years WarrantyAluminum and steel elements that do not serve as primary structural supports are warranted for 10 years against material or manufacturing defects.
Rope Elements
10 Years WarrantySteel-reinforced nylon ropes and thick polypropylene climbing ropes are covered under a 10-year warranty against structural failure, including faults in rope terminations, cross-connections, and anchor points. However, normal wear and tear (especially in sandy environments) is not included in this coverage.
Polyethylene Play Components
10 Years WarrantyThis applies to molded LDPE components and HDPE sheet panels, which are backed by a 10-year warranty against structural failure caused by material defects. However, fading and non-structural wear from prolonged UV exposure or extreme temperatures are not covered.
Structural Timber Components (Upright Posts & Platforms)
5 Years WarrantyTimber framework, including anchored platforms, is backed by a 5-year warranty covering failures due to material flaws or production defects. Natural occurrences such as minor splitting and surface checking are not covered. The natural degradation of sapwood, provided it does not weaken the structure, is also excluded.
Non-Structural Timber Play Components
5 Years WarrantyTimber elements used in play assemblies that do not serve as structural supports are covered for 5 years against material faults or manufacturing defects. Surface checking and cracks from natural expansion and contraction are not included in this coverage.

2 Years WarrantyDynamic elements such as trolleys, rotating and swinging components, and electronic play features come with a 2-year warranty. This covers failure due to manufacturing defects or material faults.
Spring Mechanisms for Rockers
2 Years WarrantyPrimary springs in rocking play elements are backed by a 2-year warranty, covering structural failure due to material or production defects.
Wearable & High-Use Parts
1 Year WarrantyComponents that undergo natural wear, such as bearings, bushings, and other engineered parts, have a 1-year warranty against failure due to manufacturing defects. Regular inspection and maintenance are recommended to prolong lifespan.
